Breaking up is hard to do. Just ask Teen Mom 3's Katie Yeager, who's been going through an extended rough patch with fiance Joey Maes, the father of her 2-year-old daughter, Molli. The two have been at each other's throats all season, over everything from their wedding to Joey's spending habits.

In this exclusive clip from the 10th episode of MTV's hit series, airing Monday, Oct. 21, Joey tells Katie he wants to "take a break" from their relationship. And -- not surprisingly -- she doesn't take it well.
"I've been thinking," he begins. "Maybe we shouldn't be together."

When Katie protests, saying she wants him to be around Molli and doesn't want to give up on their relationship, he asks if she's happy. "Yes," she replies, not at all convincingly. "I'm happier with you than I am without you."

Joey doesn't want to be without her, either, but says all they do is fight. "I'm not happy," he argues. "And neither are you."
